1 · The agreement
These terms are an agreement between Preduzetnik Georgii Tcamaladze pr Beograd, Studentski trg 4, 7th floor, 11158 Belgrade (Stari Grad), Serbia, registration number 68347114, tax ID (PIB) 115413497 ("Bzzip", "we") and the business that creates a Bzzip account ("you"). By creating an account, connecting a channel or paying for a plan, you accept them. The person who accepts must be at least 18 and authorised to bind the business.
Bzzip is a business service. You use it for your trade or profession, not as a consumer. Where a law gives you rights that cannot be waived, nothing in these terms takes them away.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of this agreement.
2 · The service
Bzzip gives your team a shared inbox for your business's WhatsApp numbers and, on paid plans, Instagram accounts; an AI Agent that answers from the knowledge you give it; and tools to assign, note, measure and follow up conversations.
We develop the service continuously. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something material from a paid plan during a period you have paid for, we will tell you in advance and, if you cancel because of it, refund the unused part of that period.
Features we mark as beta, preview or "by request" are offered as they are and may change or end.
3 · Channels and third-party platforms
Bzzip is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta, WhatsApp or Instagram. Each channel belongs to its platform, and your use of it remains subject to that platform's terms and policies, which you are responsible for following.
WhatsApp can be connected in two ways. Through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, which Meta offers to businesses. Or by scanning a QR code, which links your number the way WhatsApp Web does. The QR connection is not approved by Meta: WhatsApp may restrict, suspend or ban a number connected this way, at any time and without notice.
Instagram, on paid plans and by request, is connected through Unipile, a third-party service. It is not approved by Meta: Instagram may ask the account to verify itself, or restrict, suspend or ban it. You log in on Unipile's page and Bzzip never sees your Instagram password. Before connecting, you confirm that you understand this risk, and we record that you did.
You choose the connection method and accept its risks. We are not responsible for actions a platform takes against your number or account, for changes a platform makes to its rules or technology, or for a platform or provider being unavailable. If a change makes a channel impossible to offer, we may stop offering it.
To reduce the risk, Bzzip only replies to people who wrote to you first, paces automated replies, and does not offer mass messaging on these connections. Do not try to get around these limits.
4 · Your account and your team
Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything done under your account: the people you invite, the roles you give them, the channels you connect, the knowledge you give the AI Agent and every message sent from your channels, whether by a person or by the AI.
Keep your passwords to yourself. Tell us at once at privacy@bzzip.com if you think your account has been compromised.
Admins and managers can see every workspace of your business; other members see only the workspaces they are assigned to. Set roles accordingly.
5 · The AI Agent
The AI Agent writes answers with AI models. AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, even when it sounds confident. It answers from the knowledge and rules you give it, and you are responsible for keeping them accurate and lawful.
In automatic mode, replies are sent to your customers without a person reviewing them first. You decide which topics run automatically, which produce drafts and when a person takes over. Replies are sent in your business's name and you are responsible for them, including any price, promise or information they contain.
Some laws require telling people when they are talking to an AI. The AI Agent discloses that it is an AI by default; if you change that setting, you are responsible for complying with the law where your customers are.
With your own AI key, your use of the AI provider is governed by your agreement with it and you pay it directly. With Bzzip's managed AI, usage counts against the reply allowance of your plan or add-on.
6 · Your content and your customers' data
You keep all rights to your content: your messages, your knowledge and your customers' data. You give us permission to host, copy, transmit, process and display it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service for you.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message your customers and to process their data through Bzzip, for giving them the information the law requires (including that a service provider handles the messages), and for obtaining any consent needed.
You may not upload content that you have no right to use, that is unlawful, or that infringes anyone's rights.
7 · Acceptable use
Do not use Bzzip to: send spam or unsolicited messages; message people who have not contacted your business; send bulk or automated outreach; break the rules of WhatsApp, Instagram or any other platform; deceive, harass or threaten anyone; sell or promote anything illegal; or process special categories of data (such as health data) without a lawful basis.
Do not try to access other accounts or workspaces, to probe or break our security, to overload the service, to get around limits and safeguards, to copy or reverse-engineer the service, or to resell it without our written agreement.
We may suspend or restrict an account, a channel or a feature, with notice when practical, if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken, if an account puts our platform access or other customers at risk, or if the law requires it.
8 · Plans, payment and cancellation
Prices, plan contents and limits are shown on our website and in the product at the time you subscribe. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it charges you, issues your invoices, handles taxes, and handles payment questions and refunds. You are charged in the currency shown at checkout; bank fees and currency conversion charged by your bank are yours.
You can start for free. The free use of Bzzip, including the AI Agent with your own key, has no charge from us; we may change what is free with notice. Instagram, managed AI and other paid features require an active paid subscription.
You can cancel at any time from Billing in the product. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then. Refunds follow our Refund Policy at bzzip.com/refund: a full refund on request within 30 days of your first payment for a plan, monthly or yearly; after that, payments are not refundable, including for unused time, except where the law requires a refund.
If a payment fails, the payment provider may retry it and we will tell you. If it stays unpaid, we may cancel the subscription and switch off paid features. Instagram accounts are disconnected 7 days after a subscription stops being paid, and their connection is deleted.
We may change prices. A new price applies from your next billing period after we tell you, at least 30 days in advance; if you do not accept it you can cancel before it applies.
9 · Data processing
For the personal data in your conversations, you are the controller and Bzzip is your processor. Bzzip processes that data only to provide the service and on your documented instructions, which are these terms and the settings you choose, unless the law requires otherwise.
Bzzip keeps that data confidential, limits access to staff who need it to run the service, applies the security measures described in our Privacy Policy, and uses the sub-processors listed there. We will tell you about new sub-processors by updating that list, and you may object by writing to us; if we cannot address the objection you may cancel.
We help you answer requests from your customers exercising their rights, tell you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your data, and, when the agreement ends, delete that data within 30 days of your request, except what the law requires us to keep.
10 · Our intellectual property
Bzzip, the service, the software and our brand belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active and in line with these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
11 · Suspension, termination and your data
You may stop using Bzzip and close your account at any time by writing to privacy@bzzip.com. We may end this agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
When the agreement ends, your access ends. On request made within 30 days, we will give you a copy of your conversations in a common format. After that, or on your request, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12 · Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep Bzzip available and correct, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or that messages will always be delivered.
The service depends on platforms and providers we do not control, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta, Unipile, AI providers and payment providers. We are not responsible for their availability, decisions or errors.
13 · Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, customers, data or goodwill, and Bzzip is not liable for the loss or restriction of a number or account by a platform.
To the extent the law allows, Bzzip's total liability arising out of or relating to this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if that is greater.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or wilful misconduct.
14 · Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Bzzip against claims, fines and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, the messages sent from your channels, your use of the service in breach of these terms or of the law, or your breach of a platform's rules.
15 · Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. The courts of Serbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, and both parties submit to that jurisdiction. We may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where your business is established.
Before going to court, write to us at privacy@bzzip.com; we will try in good faith to resolve the matter within 30 days. Nothing here limits mandatory rights you may have under the law of the country where your business is established.
16 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we will tell account admins by email or in the product at least 30 days before they take effect, unless a change is required sooner by law or by a platform. If you continue to use Bzzip after that date, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you may cancel before then.
17 · General
These terms, the Privacy Policy and anything you accept in the product are the whole agreement between us about Bzzip. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it to an affiliate or a successor of our business. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Notices to you go to your account email; notices to us go to privacy@bzzip.com.
These terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience; if they differ, the English version prevails.
