1 · The service
Bzzip provides a shared inbox for your business's WhatsApp number, an AI agent that answers from a knowledge base you maintain, and tools for your team to assign and answer conversations. These terms govern your use of that service.
We describe what the product does honestly, including on this site. Where a capability is not yet available — such as additional channels — we say so rather than sell it.
2 · Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account: the people you invite, the knowledge you publish to your AI agent, and the messages your business sends. Keep your credentials private and tell us immediately if you believe they are compromised.
You must have the right to operate the WhatsApp number you connect, and your use of WhatsApp remains subject to Meta's own business terms.
3 · Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed per workspace allowance, monthly or annually, in USD. Early-bird prices are honoured for as long as the subscription stays active. Team members are unlimited on every plan.
The bring-your-own-key path is free: you pay your AI provider directly for usage, and Bzzip adds no charge. If billing for paid plans is not yet open when you ask to subscribe, we will say so and record your request.
4 · Acceptable use
Do not use Bzzip to send spam, to message people who have not contacted your business, or to break WhatsApp's rules — including its 24-hour window for free-form replies. We may suspend accounts that put our platform access at risk.
Do not attempt to access another workspace's data. Workspace isolation is a security boundary, not merely a feature.
5 · Liability
Bzzip is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from its use.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The governing law and venue are stated in your order form.
