What we make
Bzzip is a shared inbox. One WhatsApp number, several people answering it, every conversation in one place instead of on one person's phone. Around that: handing a conversation to a teammate, private notes only your team sees, saved replies, a response target you set yourself, and an AI agent that drafts answers from knowledge you write.
Who it is for
Small businesses that already run on WhatsApp and have outgrown one phone — a shop, a clinic, a studio, an agency answering for its clients. The common thread is not headcount. It is that more than one person needs to answer the same number, or that messages arrive when nobody is there to read them.
How we charge
Free to start, no card. The AI agent runs on your own Anthropic or OpenAI key, so you pay the model provider directly and we add nothing on top. Paid plans exist and differ by how many client workspaces you can run at once.
Languages and regions
Bzzip is built in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic, right-to-left included, not translated after the fact. The people we build for are in Brazil, Spanish-speaking Latin America and the Middle East — which is why WhatsApp is the channel the product is designed around rather than one bolted onto it.
