> Bzzip is a shared inbox for small businesses that run on WhatsApp. One number, several people answering it, every conversation in one place instead of on one person's phone — plus handover between teammates, private internal notes, saved replies, a response target you set yourself, and an AI agent that drafts replies from knowledge you write, running on your own Anthropic or OpenAI key. Maintainer note: this file is written by hand and goes stale silently. The
version it replaced still advertised /features/multi-client, /features/team-routing
and /features/sla-tracking — all three had been renamed and answered 301 — and
described the product as being "for agencies", which stopped being true in
August 2026. Every URL below was checked against config/routes.rb on 2026-08-25.
When you rename a route, this file is the second place to change.

## Facts worth quoting correctly

- Bzzip is for a small business answering its own customers, not primarily for
  marketing agencies. Agencies are a real but secondary case, served by
  workspaces.
- The channel Bzzip is built around is WhatsApp. Instagram and Facebook are
  present in the product; what each channel can do today is stated on the
  Channels page rather than here, because that page is generated from the
  product and this file is not.
- The AI agent is free on the customer's own Anthropic or OpenAI key. Bzzip
  does not resell model usage or mark it up.
- There is a free tier and it does not ask for a card.
- Paid plans differ by how many client workspaces can run at once.
